We have a statutory duty to provide your personal data for inspection, surveillance, or at the request of the competent authorities of the state or institutions, as required by special regulations.
Your personal data will be stored securely in accordance with the Safety Directive and only for the time necessary to meet the purpose of the processing. Access to your personal data will be restricted to persons authorized and instructed (operators) to process personal data processing them on the basis of the operator’s instructions in accordance with the operator’s safety directive.
Your personal data will be backed up. From your backup repositories, your personal information will be completely erased as soon as possible in accordance with the backup policy. Personal data stored in backup storage serves to prevent security incidents, in particular the disruption of data availability due to a security incident.

What are your rights?
Revoke consent – In cases where your personal data is processed by your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. You can withdraw consent electronically, at the address of the person in charge, in writing, by notice of withdrawal of consent or in person at the office. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data we have processed on your behalf.
Right of access – You have the right to provide us with a copy of the personal data we have at your disposal, as well as information on how we use your personal information. In most cases, your personal information will be provided to you in written form, unless you request another way to provide it. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided electronically if technically possible.
Right to Repair – We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information we have at your disposal. If you believe that the data we have is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please do not hesitate to ask us to modify, update or complete this information.
The right to erase (forgotten) – you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, for example, if the personal data we have received you no longer need to fulfill the original purpose of the processing. However, your right must be assessed in the light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have some legal and regulatory obligations, which means we will not be able to comply with your request.
Right to limit processing – Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to request that we stop using your personal information. These are, for example, cases where you believe that personal information we have about you may be inaccurate or if you believe that we no longer need your personal data to be used.
Right to data portability – Under certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal data you have provided us to another third party of your choice. However, the right to portability concerns only personal data that we have obtained from you on the basis of consent or under a contract of which you are one of the parties.
Right to object – You have a right to object to data processing that is based on our legitimate legitimate interests. If we do not have a valid legitimate reason for processing and you object, we will not process your personal data further.
Right to file a personal data protection action – If you believe that your personal data can be processed unfairly or illegally, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority, such as the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27; tel. number: +421 / 2/3231 3214; mail: statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk, https://dataprotection.gov.sk. In the case of submitting a proposal in electronic form, it is necessary to fulfill the requirements under § 19 par. 1 of Act no. 71/1967 Coll. about the administrative procedure.
